i've had psoriasis for about 9 years, in the past i could control it quite well with natural supplements and creams. does anyone have any experience with a more natural approach. what foods can inflame it and what foods can help?

I have suffered from psoriasis for 50 years now, and during that time I have tried various different treatments. The strange thing with psoriasis is that no one treatment works in all cases. What works for one person, makes another person worse. Please bear that in mind! For myself, I have found that Diprosalic works well for me.
