I am having problems getting and maintaining an erection. I believe that this condotion has arisen due to haveing Type 1 Diabetes. I do not want to take Viagra every time I want to have sex. No, there is none and anyone who tells you there is a "natural" or "herbal" remedy is full of shite....don't waste your money. If any of them do work it is through the placebo efect or the power of suggestion. Very little makes me more angry than to see all the money spent on this kind of crap. See your Dr. and use Viagra etc. no shame in that.

This is a problem that has already cost me my mariage, and I do not want to repeat this in another relationship. Viagra, and the other two similar products only makes my heart beat faster than normal and does absolutely nothing to cause my penis to become turbid [hard] and remain that way for any appreciable length of time. I do not have any real solutions, answers, or remedies as I am not a doctor nor do I know the exact cause of your problem. You should do your best to find out if ED is the problem, or a symptom to an underlying health condition.

Speaking from experience, I think an overall health and diet can really help make a difference. Start working out, eat more fruit and vegtables, reduce meat consumption, and reduce calorie and fat intake.

Here's a suggestion that I think you'll apreciate. Consume items that are high in Omega-3 fatty acids like nuts and seafood. Oysters have been considered an aphrodisiac possibly because of their apperance/texture or high zinc content. I don't think it helps you to fall in love, I think it helps you make love. Oysters are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which considerably helps blood flow. Omega- 3 fatty acids seem to help prevent blood platelets from clotting and sticking to the walls of blood vessels. Making the blood flow better also helps prevent blockage, which can lead to stroke or heart attack. So eat more seafood! Look mainly for fatty, cold-water fish, like tuna, salmon, sardines, mackerel, and lake trout.

Last suggestion, once you've reached your maximum erection, put on a rubber cock ring. This can help extend your erection.
