My doctor believes that I may have carpal tunnel syndrome and have prescribed me some anit-inflamitories. However, I am a strict vegan and only use natural medicnes or remedies. Does anyone know of any natural medicines for inflamation. My doctor did not and suggested I go see a Natrapathic doctor but who has time for that plus they are quite costly. Please Help! Someone!

It is caused by compression of the median nerve, which controls the movements of the fingers and thumbs. The median nerve runs from the forearm to the fingertips and lies between the ligaments and bones of the wrist.
People who perform a lot of repetitive movement of the hand, such as typists, assembly line workers, keyboard operators, cashiers, and carpenters, are among those most likely to suffer with the condition. It can also follow a more serious injury to the wrist, or it can be caused by another condition that causes swelling of the tissues in the wrist, such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, or hypothyroidism.
