Always keep chamomile tea handy. Brew tea and apply to cloth then clease bug bites. It's an immediate releif and easy. To avoid getting them, purchase some witch hazel, add 1 tbsp lemon juice, a pinch of salt and apply to exposed areas. It smells nice too and it costs less than $1 in the USA.

I don't get bit very often, but its unberable when I do. Whats the best natural remedy for bug bites?
I don't know how "natural" this is, but take a bar of soap (any soap will do), wet it just a little, and apply the soap to the affected area. Allow the soap to dry there and don't rub it off. The drying action of the soap will cause the bite to not itch anymore.

i have very sensitive skin and end up scratching off scabs resulting from bites . as a result, i have dark brown scars all over my body and i need to get rid of them effectively . these scars have been there from 1 year now.ive been using skin whitening cream but pls advise on a natural remedy to fade them.
Bio oil is fantastic, stop bleaching your skin that is bad. Use vitamin creams and elastoplast scar reduction plasters. Over time they will work. Cocoa butter (Palmers) is also effective over time. Patience....you will get there, just get good advice.
Does anyone know of an alternative to calamine lotion or other products similar to calamine lotion in which would relieve itch? I prefer to use all natural remedies---any help is much appreciated

Chigger Bite Itch: Home Remedies For Chigger Bites? Chigger Bites
Chiggers, also known as red bugs or harvest mites are tiny mites that are barely visible to the naked eye. Their bites usually go unnoticed until a day or two later when the itching and redness develops on the skin. Once they infest the body, they search for an appropriate feeding area. Since their feeding structures and mouth are quite small and delicate, they look for thin areas of skin such as wrinkles and folds. If there is a barrier hampering them from going forward such as near the waistband, then they stay there and start feeding.
