Natural Remedies For Breast Enhancement

I have heard a lot of people proposing different ideas as to how to increase your bust size "naturally". They all seem relatively safe, but I do not know if any of those procedures would be temporary or permanent.

I have heard that fenugreek extract combined with lotion massaged onto your chest daily can increase your cup size.

In addition, there has also been talk about soy supplements taken daily.

If anyone has first-hand experience or knows of someone who has done any of the above, please let me know which one is better/faster. and if either is permanent.

Basically, they don't work at all. Depending on the mixture and how you apply it, you could be irritating your skin or getting sexually aroused. Either of those will make your breasts swell very temporarily.

I'm 5'5 105 lbs & 16 & i'm barely a 32A. I was wondering if there are any natural remedies/tips for enhancing your breast size. [not pills or creams]. I'm looking for things more along the lines of foods/excercieses/vitamins or any other such techniques.

*Please don't lecture me on:
-Being happy w. my body
-Waiting a few more years for puberty
-getting pregnant
-or Accepting my natural genes

i'm aware of all these factors & i don't have low self esteem. I simply want to try & increase my bust, even just a little, for my own happiness. I just think it's easier for certain clothes & bathing suits.

And honey... I am 20 and 36DD, I have been a C/D since I was like 15 or 16 and I hate it. Because I couldn't join all the sports I wanted to... Run or jog as much I wanted to. My boobs are somehow always in the way... even when I'm trying to freakin sleep.

But I deal with it, and I don't mind them.. they're there for a reason.. I guess they fit my body.

If your slim and slender.. then your boobs will be slightly smaller than girls that might be a little more.... umm curvy? (if thats the word I'm looking for).

So if you want them to grow naturally.. I suggest you start eating foods that are very high in protein.. Enhance your diet more with healthy stuff.. It might stuff you up a bit. My cousin did that... she needed to gain some weight... and needed bigger boobs and butt.. and it worked for her.. She lost the weight.. but worked out a lot to tone her new bust size and butt size.

So you never know.. Trying never hurts =]

And I like how you said that you don't have low self esteem and all.. Because no matter what... 'Confidence is what makes a girl sexy'.

Have babies & breastfeed them. I kept about 1/2 cup size after each child. (Went from barely B to nearly C to now very full C)

Be careful what you wish for--blouses and tops that fit well are hard to find for full-figured girls. Buttons gap open, tops ride up, etc., but I'm too short-waisted to just buy a bigger size.
