Natural Remedies For Arthritis

I have inflamatory oesteo arthritis and it is very painful. Any suggestions for some natural remedies?

I'm not sure where you are from, but here in Canada they have an all natural medicine called "Lakota." It has been a best-seller for years and years here. I tried Glucosamine but it did nothing for myself, personally. Within 2 days of going on Lakota "Rheumatoid Formula" I was virtually pain-free, it was unbelievable. I stopped taking it the past few weeks to see if it really was the Lakota that was making a difference, and the pain has returned so I am going back out to purchase some more at the local drugstore. If you are a non-Canadian resident, I would still ask your local Pharmacist and check out their website. I have been recently diagnosed and did some research on my own and there is so much info out there. If you have RA could you let me know what has worked for you.

There are a good number of natural joint health products. The most popular ones I've found are Microlactin, Hyaluronic Acid, Tart Cherry Extract, Litozin (Danish Rose Hips), Glucosamin, Chondroitin, MSM, and Avovida (a combination of avocado and soy). Most of them are very economical and are very beneficial... our customers order them on a very regular basis. Here is a family remadie
1) mix 3 packets crush panadol, lemon juice, mayonaise, cat urine, liquor ( mainly spirits, any brand/kind) and car petrol.

- MicroLactin supplementation is superior to glucosamine, but you can take both, they work synergistically.

- MSM is good, especially when taken with chondroitin.

- DMSO - reseach this, this is the best natural anti-inflammatory, pain killer, retards/stops the progression of chronic degenerative diseases, anti-cancer and it stimulates tissue repair. This small paragraph fails to give true justice to the many beneficial properties of DMSO. Take internally/IV, and topically.

- Also Omega 3 1000 - 2000mg+, this inhibits the COX-2 Inflammatory response which is rife in arthritis.
