My husband does not smake at all, but has lung damage from contracting TB 15 years ago.Recently he has serious lung pain, although his chest xrays show a bit of scarring. He cant afford to get sick now as we are not on a medical scheme and he has a family to support, and a new job. We dont have much money.I believe in natural remedies.

Mercury free fish oil. Good for your heart/moods. If you have severe heart problems, then you cant take it. Also, its a blood thinner and will cause more thinning if you are on asiprin. Check with your doctor how it will work with your current meds. I take it and it helps with achiness.

Agnus Castus, I ordered them online and they were reasonably priced. They imrove the quality of your uterus and help with heavy/painful periods. I suffer from Endometriosis and diet makes a difference too. I have cut out white bread and cut down on starchy foods which has helped me, Good luck to you friend. Any ideas where I can find information on natural remedies or homeopathic medicine/remedies for Bi-Polar disorder?
I am not Bi-Polar...my husband is. He has been taking his medicine for the last 3 years (since he was diagnosed), but he keeps saying that the meds make him feel worse so he wants to try going without. I reluctantly agreed, but told him that if I don't like the way he begins to act and treat people that either he will go back to his Dr. and be re-evaluated for medicine or I will leave him with no questions asked. He agreed.
