Are there any natural/home remedies for hair loss?

i'm a 24 year old male and losing my hair FAST. it is hereditary in my family, but i was wondering if there are any natural or home remedies to regrow hair without using any rogaine, laser combs, pills, hair plugs or other stuff that is extremely expensive and may not work.. and is probably temporary.

is there any type of food or anything PROVEN to regrow hair or prevent hair loss?... even hereditary hair loss?

1. Rub olive oil on your scalp.

This is one of the most simple methods you can start now.

2. Mix 1 cup of boiling water, with 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, and cook for 5 minutes.

Drinking this mix might not be too pleasant, but it can be effective.

3. Make a mix of 2 tablespoons of olive oil, rosemary extract, 1 lemon juice and 1 egg yolk and apply it on your hair.

This methods does work effectively, only if done continuously for over a week.

4. Wash your hair after massaging the scalp with uncooked egg yolk, for 1 hour straight.

Uncooked egg yolk can get sticky, so make sure you fully wash away after you're done after the 1 hour period.

5. Rinse your hair with lemon juice or vinegar.

You'll need a lot of lemon juice for this method.

6. Soak a towel in hot water and squeeze lightly. Cover your hair with a light (squeezed) hot towel for 10 minutes for 5 days, each day.

7. 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products.

You've probably heard of this tip hundreds of times. This applies to almost every health problem. Healthy nutrients can help you fight against hair loss.

8. Apply a boiled mix of mustard oil with heena (mehndi) leaves

This method works to promote healthy growth.

9. Use a hair loss supplement.

what's good for hair loss any home remedies?

i'm 32 and my hair falls alot is thier any home remedies (natural)that i can do at home , i've heard about jalapenos ,to blend some jalapenos put it on your hair minutes before showering and it helps open your pores isit true or not?? please help

Hair loss contributes to a lots of factors. Sleep should be proper. Minimum 6 hours of sound sleep. Drink plenty of fluids. 8 glasses minimum or even upto 8 litres per day. Water is the best drink I would suggest and it also cleanses the digestive system. Water drinking also improves hair health and hair growth, just like you water your plants. If less water, your plants die. Same logic applies for hair on our head. Try using one shampoo and stick to it. Also use a conditioner, dont use hot water, and dont use hair dryer. Wipe off the wetness of your wet hair with a soft bath towel. Use coconut oil as it really helps in hair growth and general and overall maintenance of your hair. Gingely oil also helps. Coconut oil a few drops before shower and it can also be utilized daily. But dont apply it on wet hair. Gingely oil you can use in large quantities and wait for 1 hour and take shower. Gingely oil can be applied all over your body also. This cools down the body heat and promotes hair growth. White part of the egg also helps in hair nutrition. So just apply and wait for 30 minutes and take a shower. And hair care is about what you eat also. If you are a meat eater, am sorry. Take more fish and that only helps. Omega 3 tablets if any if you are a vegetarian. The oil and mercury in it helps in hair growth and good for eye sight too. Eat more green leafy veggies. Thats the main important thing. Refrain from using hairsprays/hair color/hair gels/hair cream, mousse, wax and clay. Just leave it after washing. If you feel you got long hair, go for a trim or just leave it ... use coconut oil. Believe me, its an overall nutrition support system for daily maintenance of our head hair. Just a few drops will do. Thats it. Worst case scenario ... try to visit a dermatologist ... and sincerely follow what he/shesays.

Any cure for hair loss/ baldness? Home remedies please?

this is not for me but my cousin ( who's right here, wanting me to write this) has a major problem (hair LOSS) with hair and can't afford expensive things so just some links and suggestions would be fine. remember it has to be natural not include chemicals you know HOME REMEDIES! thx! and yea you are doin me a HUGE FAVOR!

year ago I suffered very much from dandruff and hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.
the things that really worked for me was:

1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;

2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;

3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;

4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);

5) also he used herbal treatment - TrichoZed or/and Provilluss (do not use Rogaine - it will not work!)
Those are a good products that helps prevent hair loss and contains Biotin and the clinically tested ingredients approved by the FDA to help re-grow your hair.! I think it is very important!

It worked and still works for me!

I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here

http://www.trichozed.info/ingredients.ph p

(TrichoZed™ will produce noticeable hair growth in 30 to 45 days. A consistent use of TrichoZed™ ensures permanent results within 6 months. Further use shall maintain optimal health of your hair.)

and here
