A homemade mask of strawberries and yogurt is supposed to smoothe out the skin and provide antioxidants. Milk of Magnesia or clay if you have it can help dry up oil and zits. Olive oil just dabbed on dry or sunburned areas is very hydrating and full of antioxidants. There are many others... google around. Honey is a good moisturizer, vinegar can be a good toner. I got some sunburn on my face today and now it's really irritating me. Also, I am someone who has very sensitive, fair skin.

I was wondering if anyone has tried any natural remedy or cure for sun-burnt skin that has actually worked for them. If not to cure it, at least something that will cool it down, so it doesn't feel so bad.

best natural remedy for sunburn that really works is aloe. If you have the means to get an aloe plant. When you get the plant;make sure that it is watered every day and to keep it away from direct sunlight. After it has grown a little, if it hasn't already; break a piece off,around the middle of one stem and then just rub the wet sticky part to the sun burned areas and they will heal up faster than anything else. i'm not really looking for a face mask, unless that helps clear acne:) my acne isnt that bad.. normally i dont have any but i have some spots right now that i'd like to get rid of! i dont have time right now to go out and buy anythingg, so does anyone know any good remedies to get rid of acne/make your skin smoother? thankss:)

egg face masks are very easy to do, they only take a few minutes and take any excess oil off your skin which prevents spots. check out michelle phan's video tutorial
