I have been diagnosed with essential (familial) tremor and rather than opting for medications I was interested to see if anyone had any natural remedies and to what degree of success do/did these have. I suffer from an ailment called Benign Essential Tremor, whereby my right hand has a slight shakiness (nothing at all to do with Parkinson’s disease).
