Can anyone give advise on parasites that people can get? Have you ever used one of those colon cleanses that are either advertised on t.v. or sold in health and vitamin stores? Would you advise being tested for parasites by a doctor and then using a medication or are the herbal remedies just as effective? I have had a lot of strange but subtle health issues lately and the doctor can find nothing wrong with me. I am embarking on Dr. Hulda Clark's 20-day parasite cleanse program (of which I have read mixed reviews). Has anyone out there had success with any type of cleanse protocols that they would like to share? I want to make sure my body is cleansed and free of any parasites (without falling prey to scams if possible). If you have a personal story good or bad please share! Thanks:)

Want to know about weight loss. Heard that the 7-day cleanses don't really work/or don't work as thoroughly. I'm interested in one that will work the best, even if it takes months to complete. Then after the initial cleanse, how often should you follow-up?

Well, most doctors recommend a fiber supplement if your diet is deficient. Most Americans' diets are deficient.
So it would benefit most Americans.
