Organic Colon Cleanse

I have been taking an organic herbal colon cleanse for about 2wks. Now and the only thing I noticed is increased bowel movements. Nothing major like elimination of built up waste as it promises. The product is called Bromolite and it says it does all these things and I haven't seen any. I have been eating properly and exercising,which promotes bowel movement and still nothing. Is it too soon? Am I wasting my time and should try something else? Please help! I really want to flush this stuff from my colon.

I did a web search on Bromolite and can't find anything except to say that the bromolaide is the fiber from a pineapple.

Lots, and lots of fruit. Apples, Pears, Grapes, Plums, but mostly Watermelon. Besides that, I recommend lost of water, bread, whole grains (oatmeal and cereal), and if you're willing to go to extreme measures, a good way, but not the best, use laxatives. I would stay away from using an medication (including laxatives) because its very uncomfortable for some people.

I took 4 capsules this a.m. of an organic colon cleanse. I'm trying to lose weight. How long before this stuff kicks in?

did you stop eating? Take a few a day and you will notice a difference within a day or so. ITs not going to make you have diahreah (SP) it will just aide to the health of your colon/

Hi All!

I have been reading a lot (here on yahoo answers and googl-ing) about colon cleansing.

I just ordered my first colon cleanse. I have allergies and I have talked to friends and family who have done a colon cleanse and they said that their allergies went away. This is the main reason I purchased this.

On the other hand I have a wedding I am going to (not a big deal) and I figured if I am going to do this anyways to try and rid me of my allergies I mind as well kill two birds with one stone, and do it a couple weeks before the wedding, so that I'll look a little more slim.

What have been your experiences with colon cleansing? Have you been healed of your allergies? Have you gone down a size or two?

*please answer -only if you have done the colon cleanse- I don't care to listen to the people who haven't done it and have harsh judgements.

Yes it does contain Bentonite Clay. Thanks for your input! This one I ordered says you get the best results with a five day liquid fast.

i have done this a coupl;e times. My first time I did not have great results. However, from trial and error with more attempts I realized that fasting while doing the cleanse is the best if not only way to go. Even if you only do it for prep. the average person has a couple or three days of undigested meals in thier digestive tract. fasting three days before starting the process is a good idea. The forst week you should avoid meat and dairy alltogether. Also, if you take vitamins take them at least and hour or two after taking the colon cleansing concoction. My last very successful cleanse I added a parasite cleanse formula. It sounds overboard but i felt less tired and my skin never looked better. I did loose a bit of weight but I think it was due to the fasting and the fact that I got rid of the undigested stuff. Also, I don't know if your product has bentonite in it but you might want to look into this product. It was a part of mine and I had pretty good results.
