I was told by her that the 7 day plan was less effective. Please let me know what you know about colon cleansers. I also spoke with a Ontario government dietian, and she was letting me know that it's not as safe and have some side effects, she suggested I eat 25g of fiber a day. I really need to get cleaned out. Hope to hear from you soon.
i have bought the 7 day colon cleanser and it worked but the 30 day colon cleanser is better, and yes you should have 25 mg of fiber aday, i have heard the same thing about it not being safe to use a colon cleanser, but i think as long as your not using it over and over again its okay. i have not had any side effects from using it but of course everyone is different.

it is hard to find his lower bowel formula using organic herbs unless you make it yourself, but his student, Dr Richard Schulze, sells an excellent bowel cleanser..called intestinal 1 and intestinal #2. 97% of the people need to take both according to directions, while 3% (the people with irritable bowel syndrome and chrohns (which you do not seem to fit) take only the intestinal cleanse #2
it is sold at herbdoc.com
I strongly feel the advice to eat more dairy was very bad advice. See for yourself by a simple Google search ( i very if ever criticize someone's advise on here but feel I must in this instance)

i have a 7 day herbal colon cleanser that i am doing right now and my 7 days will be up on friday. but i actually really like it because i have been feeling so good lately. is it possible to continue over the 7 days?
i would advise you to not. cleanses should only be done once or twice a year...you are stripping your body of healthy bacteria and not retaining enough water. this feel good feeling should last you a while... to keep that up, eat a high fiber diet to keep you regular and moving.
Try it for another week.
Just curious. :)
If anything, I'd guess that it would increase the risk of colon cancer. I have no proof to say that, it's just that these products are not natural - it's not natural to do that to your colon.

The site features a lot of recorded phone pranks with the guys trying the patience of each telemarketer they encounter.
One prank just is worth posting. One of the guys pulled a colon cleanse telemarketer prank.
He called a number and asked for a 30-day trial for a colon cleanse product. From here, the phone call escalates only the way a prank call could. While the prank is...
