One Day Colon Cleanse

I want to try this but I don't want to do one that takes very long. Also I'm a little worried about how it will effect me.Will I be able to leave the house during the time I'm using it?

I would think that a more gradual cleanse would be safer and gentler on your body. I've been looking at some different colon cleansing programs and am probably going to be doing a cleanse with one of them this month.

There are so many different cleansing products out there now, many are complete junk so be careful. I've been doing some research on a colon cleansing forum and I've found it to be helpful in learning about the different programs and also finding out what to expect.

what is the best 3-7 day colon cleanse? I havent done one before but i have a hard time taking pills without food. I am looking to do this so i can start a exercise routine after wards.I am also looking for the cheapest but one that works well

I am taking a 15 day colon cleanse and I'm on about day 5 I think? Well not much to report and the stuff I read online shows these hideous pictures of big slime blobs coming out of people. I haven't had that, should I or what shoudl happen? You are feeling sick most likely because your body is toxic. The Acai detoxes your body, so through many channels of your body, it is trying to eliminate them effectively. Try going to a sauna or taking a hot bath to help alleviate the "overload" in the digestion and so forth. Doing that will bring the toxins out through the skin. That may help with the "sick" feeling you have, until the process is done.
