Nature Cleanse Colon

I ordered the free trial from http://nature-cleanse.us and read the reviews on http://naturescoloncleanse.com and paid a small shipping fee.

I just received my nature cleanse supplements and It seems like it has many effective ingredients I wanted to know if it was a scam or legit colon cleanse product?

I was wondering if any one has tried this nature cleanse system or if any one had luck loosing weight with this colon cleanser>

Sadly no it is not the best or one of... It is however a good start and way to find out whether it is going to be any good. remember normal is not the same for everyone. Give some others ago. You will find one that works.

reading stuff on different products and this one was supposedly tested and proven to be a good cleanser, but i'm skeptical because i've read that some colon cleansers are bad for your colon. Even giving yourself and enema can be bad for it. I'd like to do a cleansing for health reasons, but i wont do it till i'm sure what's good and what isn't.

Jeez, at 12 you shouldn't be worrying about that kind of stuff.

You want to lose weight? Go outside and run around a bit. Do that every day. No need to spend money on diets that will only make you feel awful.

Do colon cleansers just basically give you diarrhea? What are they like to take? Colon cleansing SOUNDS healthy enough, but who wants to have diarrhea for a week or more?

It is a waste of money. I have had two colonoscopies and looked at the pictures and I can tell you that the "impacted matter" they talk about in the ads is a lie. If you take a laxative and everything comes out water you are as "cleansed" as you are going to get.

I am not sure which is better and which is not. I was wondering if anybody knew the answer to which Colon Cleanse is Better.
