Natural Colon Cleanser

There are way too many colon clensers on the market. What is the best and most natural colon cleanser out there? Has anyone had any previous experience with one? How much weight did you lose?

ves. My mom has severe constipation and immense farting taht smells soooo bad probably form bacteria in her body, so she wants a natural colon cleanser. NO LAXATIVES@

Liquid chlorophyll and apple cider vinegar are both supposed to be good colon cleansers.
