This is very embarrassing for me to ask but I don't poop everyday. I poop maybe 3 times a week. Is there anything I can do to or eat naturally? (no pills please) Thanks.
Increase your fiber intake. You should get about 20-30g of fiber per day and many Americans get a fraction of this. Try to eat as much whole wheat items such as bread and pasta. Take a look when grocery shopping and get things high in fiber.
I switched from white bread, pasta, and burrito shells awhile back and for the most part you can't really tell the difference.

Drink one litre of water early in the morning say by about 5 am. Your colon will get cleaned up, you constipation will be removed. Make this a daily habit. If you can drink more than a litre of water it is more beneficial. Make it twice or thrice a day. It will solve many of your problems.
