Works great. My wife has had several extremely large babies so when making love we have to use the back door...so to speak. I would start the cleanse on the weekend. Then you will know if you find yourself having to get to the bathroom more.

If you find you are having to go too much, you can always soak the KleriTea for less time. The stronger the tea from a longer soaking of the tea bag, the stronger the urge to use the bathroom.

I used it for a little over a year (3 months for the pills and then just the powder everyday after that) and it worked great. I'm sure you've seen the pictures on the Dr. Natura website of stuff that comes out of you when you use it. I figured that could not be real but that really does happen. It will clean you out really well. My personal problem, though, is that I cannot really go to the bathroom regularly without it. Not that the product made me dependent on it because I had these problems for a few years before I started taking it. Anyway, I've tried to quit using the product periodically here and there when I thought maybe I didn't need it anymore but everytime I did I had the same bowel problems again (couldn't go) so I had to keep taking it every day. But it just so happens that I stopped using it again about a week ago on the advice of an acupuncturist who said that using it every day is making my colon lazy and it needs to do it on its own. So we'll see how that goes because, again, now that I'm off of it I'm not going regularly on my own thus far. I'm actually going to the doctor here pretty soon to see if they can find anything wrong with me. I'm going to the acupuncturist regularly now so hopefully that helps me some.

But, to answer your question - the product works wonders. I really stand behind it. You can also buy it from Ebay and it's runs about $20 less in my experience. I've been buying it from the same lady for a year now. As far as seeing results, I made a log when I first started of what I noticed each day. I did not notice anything unusual until the 8th day, so it might take you that long too.

One other thing, I stopped using the tea that comes with it after about 2 weeks because I got stomach cramps that were a bit too much for me to handle. I just went on using the pills (for three months) and the power directly after taking the pills and that was definetely good enough. I'm sure the tea is great but it's not something you can take without discomfort in my experience, whereas the pills/powder don't cause any discomfort at all. Just make sure you drink enough water because that makes a big difference in regards to what comes out of you. (Not much will if you don't.)

I haven't used Dr. Natura's myself, but I have done a colon cleanse using Herbal Fiberblend. I thought it was great.

It doesn't taste very good, but it works fantastic. It's amazing what you "eliminate." :-) I've decided to use it every year or so, just to keep my digestive system as healthy as possible and hopefully avoid serious health problems.

I read somewhere that "death begins in the colon." Dramatic, I suppose, but probably true. Makes sense, anyway.

I was told that Dr. Natura was good, and after seeing the pictures on the website, I believe it. But I just read that Bowtrol is better... And last year "master cleanse" was the best.. somebody help me so I dont go wasting my money!! Thanks!

There is absolutly no need to cleanse you bowel. All the products do is cleanse your wallet of excess cash. Think about it for a minute. Your body is a wonderful organism that is perfectly capable of taking care of itself. How could the human race have existed for millions of years if it depended on some airhead to develop a special formula to "Cleanse" the colon. All this started years ago by Dr Kellog in order to get people to come to his health spa and spend their money. Its been working for many others in various forms ever since.
