Which would you recommend and are there any good recipes where you can still get the dietary nutrients that you need if doing a home colon cleanser?

A colonic is pretty brutal, but if you decide to do that, find one that does what is called "an open colonic." The only issue with doing a colonic is that you wash out all the good bacterial flora of the intestine and you then have to do an intensive rebuild of that with good probiotics. If you tell me what general area you are located, I can most likely recommend a good practitioner to help you.

The colon cleanse is really great. It works and if you get the right product, it should be used for about 4 months. It doesn't give you diarrhea or anything like that, but it will cause you to lose about 10 - 15 pounds of old fecal matter. You will also notice that your movements are much larger and easier to move. Your intestines have a very large surface area. In fact, it could cover an entire parking lot! I am at the end of doing a colon cleanse and it is a great feeling.

I guess what Im trying to figure out is if the hydrotherapy colonic (done by a professional) will rid the body of impacted fecal matter? In the same manner that a self administered colon cleanser would? Do they give the same results?

the colonic (hydrotherapy process) is with a trained hydrotherapist there for any mishaps should something occur. the colonic process is constantly, continous running operator temperature guided water. This process can go on until the water runs out of the tank.

colon cleanser @ home is usually herbs for purging the colon system of impacted fecal matter and will work when the herbs are absorbed by the body.

now one can give themselves a colonic @ home. the saline solutions found in handy bottles (i.e. Fleet) and see the results @ that moment. Or one can invest in a Water Bag and put the desired contents, water, glycerin, herbal tea mixture, etc and give themselves single doses of the solution to work. >edit< now if one wants to have the running water like the hydrotherapist office go to and adult web sex site that have the rectum cleaner hose apparateous. i.e. buygay.com

Neither is better, considering the price one has to pay for a hydrotherapist session (south La. $60 a session). I have done both and to augment my hydrotherapist visits I have done a home colonic before going and getting a thorough, cleaning feeling from the professional.

Hi,

could someone please tell me more about what is colon detox and why or how it will improve/benefit my health? Could someone also please give me some step how I can do/have it done at home myself? I use to pick up a bottle of citracid from walgreen and drink the whole bottle in the morning in an empty stomach. It works really well, but I am not sure if thats good enough.

Colon Cleansing is promoted very heavily and is not safe for your body. Everythign it cleans out will be right back after your first meal. Its a waste - There is absolutly no proven results from colon cleansing. Any type of laxatives should not be used frequently. Colon cleansing is 100% scam. I'm sorry.

First, if you didn't want to experimant with a home remedy go to GNC and they have some very good "cleansing" products. They have a 3day, 7day and a 21day cleansing line and it works great. I went to Iraq and once I came back I cleansed myself out and it was great.

As far as a home remedy goes. My mom use to take four or five able spoons of olive oil. Than a cup or two of half apple vinegar and water. Do this twice a day for three days and you will begin to flush.

I do that once a year mostly when fasting but it will clean you out and you can do it without eating as well and shed some pounds, you will not crave a thing hardly at all.
