Anyone know of any or one that has helped them possibly? Most helpful information gets 10 points.
My stomatch has always been until I turned 21 because of all the junk I eat. I need something to help flaten my stomach a little.

I happen to like IntraCleanse. It's very easy to use since you just take 2 capsules in the morning and then again at night. It's not a harsh colon cleanser that will have you sitting in the bathroom for hours not is it one of the fad cleaners like the master cleanse where you have to eat practically nothing for a few days.

You'll also find that with it being natural that you won't get gas pains in your stomach which can happen with many products.
It also works over several days so it's a slow but a much more natural process. It allows your body to follow it's natural rhythm so that you can stay with the same time frame that you are use to-this is a big plus as you don't want to have to hit the bathroom in the middle of the night or when you are stuck in traffic.

Like with any colon cleansers just be sure that you drink enough water so that it is able to clean you out throughly without getting constipated. It's a good idea to do this anyway especially if you are dieting. When you diet it leaves waste byproducts in your cells and until this waste leaves it won't be replaced with new waste and that it when your weight loss starts to slow down.

i have a 7 day herbal colon cleanser that i am doing right now and my 7 days will be up on friday. but i actually really like it because i have been feeling so good lately. is it possible to continue over the 7 days?

i would advise you to not. cleanses should only be done once or twice a year...you are stripping your body of healthy bacteria and not retaining enough water. this feel good feeling should last you a while... to keep that up, eat a high fiber diet to keep you regular and moving.

I think that would be a good idea. I take a lot of herbal supplements for many reasons. None has interfered with my diabetes. In fact, just the opposite. I no longer have to take drugs to control my blood sugar.

If you're taking the colon cleanser thinking it's going to help your diabetes, it won't. What will, is more fresh fruits and vegetables and fewer packaged, refined, preserved, processed, manufactured foods.

studies have shown that ginseng will improve concentration even in the very elderly.

ginseng and green tea
1 tsp of grated ginseng (fresh)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of green tea leaves
pour one cup of hot water (not boiling just under.or you will lose some of the goodness vitamins and such// you can boil the water and let it sit for a few Min's before pouring)

if you are trying to get through a short period that you have to think and remember like exam time
you can have 1 cup 3 times a day. do not take with in 5 hours of sleep

if you are thinking long term you can have 1 cup once a day in the morning

do not take more or it can effect your sleep.

when I had to stay up all night either studying or working the night shift I did have a cup at night.
