Herbal Colon Cleanse

I have been taking an organic herbal colon cleanse for about 2wks. Now and the only thing I noticed is increased bowel movements. Nothing major like elimination of built up waste as it promises. The product is called Bromolite and it says it does all these things and I haven't seen any. I have been eating properly and exercising,which promotes bowel movement and still nothing. Is it too soon? Am I wasting my time and should try something else? Please help! I really want to flush this stuff from my colon.

I did a web search on Bromolite and can't find anything except to say that the bromolaide is the fiber from a pineapple.

My baseline is 2 or 3 BMs per day. Once I started this herbal cleanse program I am up to 5 or 6 per day, and they are full on movements. I am just wondering where all this 'extra' stool is coming from, is this the extra stuff that is getting cleansed out? I'm not eating any more than usual and always eat quite a bit of fruits and veggies, very little meat, lots of water.

well, its just the waste that has been stored in your body. dont worry about it, it means that your body is getting cleansed from the inside so soon you will feel great. it also helps to shed some pounds, as it cleans out all the waste. and its good that you have fruits and vegetables and a lot of water and that you dont eat a lot of meat. this is good while you cleanse your colon. i hope that helped!

Has anyone tried an herbal colon cleanse? I ve done some research and a lot of doctor's say they are a load of bs. Anyone have any input?

Like most herbal products, they provide no real benefit.

A good diet of fiber, fruits and vegetables, plus yogurt is sufficient.
