hello people I was wondering if you knew any good homemade colon cleanses? I don't want store bought just natual recipes/ and if you don't know that just healthy foods that help eliminate bacteria/build up in your colon?. also healthy foods in general and why... im only 13 so could you make it pretty cheap thanks

try this...my family calls it the "colon cocktail"

mix equal parts of grape nuts, prune juice and applesauce.

make as much as you want, it will stay good sealed in the fridge for about a week.

eat a small bowl full of it each night.

it works wonders. also eat more fruits and veggies during the day at least 5 a day!
