If so how were you results and would you recommend it?

I would NEVER recommend a colon clense of any kind. All it is, is a laxative purge. It messes up your electrolyte balance and kills the normal bacteria that you need to digest your food. Avoid such things, your colon does a fine job of cleaning itself.

Are you suppose to take 6 caplets , 3 TIMES a day.
18 caplets a day. or 6 caplets 1 day

The instructions say 6 capsules, once a day.

Instead of that...try drinking lots of water, walking a bit, and maybe eating some green leafy things--broccoli, cabbage, endive, mustard greens, spinach, etc.
When I am constipated, I drink apple cider (NOT juice).

I've heard it can make you loose some weight and I'm looking for a easy way to loose about 10lbs. I can't take OTC diet pills because they make me ill and I don't really over-eat. If anyone has any ideas please help.. THanks

Yeah, I have this stuff [Health Plus,inc. colon cleanse], forgot about it , lol, as it expired, but reinspired me to really consider doing one of these treatments.....it says it's 100% pure psyllium husk, fiber

Psyllium Husk is perfectly safe fiber. A colon cleanse every three or four months is very good for you. I have done cleanses using various supplements as well as Psyllium Husk. You will feel more energy after you do this and your colon can better assimilate nutrients if it isn't clogged or caked.

A few weeks ago I bought this product called Super Health Plus Colon Cleanse, I took it for almost a month until recently I found out the key ingredent, Senna Powder, was indeed just like a regular laxative so I stopped so I can develop the ability to go to the restroom on my own. I've been doing this for 4 days now and I feel horrible. I am bloated to no end, taking a crap is incredibly hard for me, and none of the natural remedies I'm doing seem to work. I started taking Metamucil everyday and excersing every night for at least 20 mins. I'm actually a little scared. I want to see a doctor or a good gastrointestinal doc but my mom is so called searching for one because she refuses to go back to my old one and that's been going on for over a year. I'm trying to look for one but it's hard considering how everyone I know goes to freakin' kaiser and I don't have them. What should I do? I'm really regretting taking that stuff and don't be hard on me because I feel bad enough as it is.

Did you stop taking the senna gradually or all at once? If you didn't stop gradually [which it sounds like you didn't] it can cause this problem. Try using less and less of the senna until you can go on your own without as much trouble.
