need something thorough, not pricey, no starving, and no extreme discomfort..like the ommercial where they pull yards of gbg out of your colon..

lots & lots of fluids, high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables & fruits. When you eat fruit like orange make sure you eat the whole thing except the peel, eat the pulp and its sap, it will surely wash off all the toxins in your colon.
