Dual Colon Cleanse

what is the best way to cleanse your colon?

I haven't used the dual action cleanse. The one I prefer is Herbal Fiberblend. It's a powdered herb and fiber combo. It doesn't taste very good (I mix it with grape juice to make it easier), but it really works great.

Obviously, eating right is the best choice for anyone, but even with that we tend to accumulate a lot of toxins, etc., in our system from a variety of sources. I think a yearly cleanse is a good healthy idea. This particular cleanse gets rid of any parasites you may have picked up along the way, too. :-)

If you decide to go with a colon cleansing product, be sure to drink plenty of water. You won't get as good results if you don't.

I've been researching the dual colon cleanse since i saw it on tv and it really looks good, i'm 15 years old. Do you think it would be okay for me to use it even though i'm under 18?

absolutely not. you should not use any of these products, you are only 15. if you suffer from constipation or any other problem you should see your Dr. colon cleansing is a huge scam that has swept through the world lately. any gastroienterologist will tell you it is unnessisary. if you are talking specifically about fiber cleansing then watch this video. please do not do this, its a wast of money and it can be harmful.

Any colon cleanser will make you feel discomfort, but that just lets you know it's working to dislodge the waste and buildup.

And you have to be careful, because they can be unhealthy IF you get a colon cleanser that doesn't come with a probiotics/replenishing formula. Along with the waste that the cleansers get rid of, they get rid of some of the good bacteria too. You need to get one with a replenishing formula to help rebuild those healthy bacteria quickly.

I've been using Evercleanse and it has been working great. I read a few reviews over at http://www.bestcoloncleanse.us and went with it.

Note: Be careful about any cleanser offering a "free" trial. If you read the fine print, you'll see that they make you sign up for an automatic monthly rebill for $80+ to get the free trial and they make it hard to cancel.

i was just wondering if this is going to make me have diarrhea or something? what are the side effects of the detox? thanks

The biggest result you will see is just that diarrhea, not any kind of cleansing just plain old self induced diarrhea. Probably a little diarrhea of the wallet as well.

It never gives me diarrhea, but you will go to the bathroom a lot more often for awhile, till it works its way through your intestines. And you'll be at least 5 pounds lighter afterwards, if it's your first time.
