Dual Action Colon Cleanse

what is the best way to cleanse your colon?

I haven't used the dual action cleanse. The one I prefer is Herbal Fiberblend. It's a powdered herb and fiber combo. It doesn't taste very good (I mix it with grape juice to make it easier), but it really works great.

Obviously, eating right is the best choice for anyone, but even with that we tend to accumulate a lot of toxins, etc., in our system from a variety of sources. I think a yearly cleanse is a good healthy idea. This particular cleanse gets rid of any parasites you may have picked up along the way, too. :-)

If you decide to go with a colon cleansing product, be sure to drink plenty of water. You won't get as good results if you don't.

Any colon cleanser will make you feel discomfort, but that just lets you know it's working to dislodge the waste and buildup.

And you have to be careful, because they can be unhealthy IF you get a colon cleanser that doesn't come with a probiotics/replenishing formula. Along with the waste that the cleansers get rid of, they get rid of some of the good bacteria too. You need to get one with a replenishing formula to help rebuild those healthy bacteria quickly.

I've been using Evercleanse and it has been working great. I read a few reviews over at http://www.bestcoloncleanse.us and went with it.

Note: Be careful about any cleanser offering a "free" trial. If you read the fine print, you'll see that they make you sign up for an automatic monthly rebill for $80+ to get the free trial and they make it hard to cancel.

i was just wondering if this is going to make me have diarrhea or something? what are the side effects of the detox? thanks

The biggest result you will see is just that diarrhea, not any kind of cleansing just plain old self induced diarrhea. Probably a little diarrhea of the wallet as well.

It never gives me diarrhea, but you will go to the bathroom a lot more often for awhile, till it works its way through your intestines. And you'll be at least 5 pounds lighter afterwards, if it's your first time.

I want to try it. I was wondering if anyone had that long "rope" that is green, brown, or yellow in color. I have seen this before and it is supposed to come out when you detoxify your colon and body. Is Dual Action Cleanse any good? It is at Walmart for $37.88 and over $60.00 on their website. Is it worth it? Please don't tell me, oh go to a professional, etc. I just want this info.

yes your body cleanses itself. you don't need help. If you are in any doubt you go to a health food store and they will tell you there if your body is in need of any kind of treatments.

someone at my church bought some stuff on the internet for cleansing and she takes it every month. so i went to the healthfood store. the lady there said you dont need colon cleansing. you have parasites and I took some black walnut and it cleared up what my body needed.
