Detox Colon Cleanser

Hi,

could someone please tell me more about what is colon detox and why or how it will improve/benefit my health? Could someone also please give me some step how I can do/have it done at home myself? I use to pick up a bottle of citracid from walgreen and drink the whole bottle in the morning in an empty stomach. It works really well, but I am not sure if thats good enough.

Colon Cleansing is promoted very heavily and is not safe for your body. Everythign it cleans out will be right back after your first meal. Its a waste - There is absolutly no proven results from colon cleansing. Any type of laxatives should not be used frequently. Colon cleansing is 100% scam. I'm sorry.

Raw Food Diet - Colon Cleanse

Recently went out of country and when I got back my stomach has been uneasy.

I wanted to clean out my system, this is not to lose weight, simply to detox.

Before my colonoscopy, the Doc had me take three doses of Correctal (or some other gental laxative) and then take a bottle of Miralax mixed with 64oz of Gatoraide to drink in 3 hours or less. No food for 24 hours while doing this. It was was not fun, but I sure was clean after that!! LOL You said it wasn't to loose weight, but you will probably loose some by cleaning out your system. I lost 6 pounds.

Ive been on colonix for almost a month in a half. Im wondering why Im not hungry like Im normally am/use to be. Do you think if can be the colon cleanser. btw it is working. I am sheeding inches and felt a diffrence in my energy.

That's really bad; Its probability because your metabolism adjusted and your body is on permanent hibernation mode. Good Luck, it took me a year to get back to normal.

I'm particularly interested in a mucoid cleanse and something that removes all that years-old tarry buildup inside the colon.

I've heard that Dr Natura's Colonix/Toxinout programe is supposed to be the best, but I can only find it available on the website from the USA. Has anyone here bought it? If so, did it come through Customs okay? Did it work as well as everyone says?

Otherwise, can anyone recommend any other products? I need something that really works.

I noticed that you haven't received many answers so I asked my friend who lives in Oz on your behalf.

She said that she has used Dr Natura and found it very good, especially for bowel mucous conditions like IBS (which she has). She said she bought it off an American seller on ebay and had no trouble with it coming through customs. She buys health products quite often from the States and said that the only time she has a hold-up with customs is if the product contains natural ingredients which are not grown in Oz. But once customs checks them out, they will release the product to you.
