Define Colon

Colon- the part of the large intestine extending from the cecum to the rectum.
Ascending colon- the portion of the right colon which passes cephalad (towards the head) from the cecum to the right colic flexure.
Transverse colon- the portion of the large intestine passing transversely across the upper part of the abdomen, between the right and left colic flexures.
Descending colon- the portion of the left colon which passes caudad from the left colic flexure to the sigmoid colon.
Sigmoid colon- that portion of the left colon situated in the pelvis and extending from the descending colon to the rectum.
Common colon-No such word is seen in the medical dictionary.

URL scheme define that a URL will begin with the protocol name, then a colon, then the hostname, then a slash, then the path to the resource. So why is the hostname preceded with two slashes? This is not the case with news, mailto, and other URI's.

It helps define the resource being accessed.

. is current path.
.. is parent path.
/ is root or absolute.
// is to a resource.
For instance, technically this URL is http://answer.yahoo.com. is a . at the end, but it's not needed since it's assumed.

From your browser you can access your file system file:// or you could go to your run prompt and type //networkcomputer and access that resource.

In short, it's part of a resource Hierarchy.

Anything that does not have an authority cannot begin with //.

and whiskers? ive been on treatment for 2 weeks, have flue like symptoms that get worse then i know i will pass something scarry! First were small well defined transparent capsul like clear with tails. floating separate from feces But last one was heavey, white boney and had hair or whiskers i am horrified dont know what to do!!! please advise product websites never mention anything like that

Colon cleansing will not rid yourself of the infection. The reason for this is that the parasite can attach itself to the colon wall. These parasites do not have bones. they are a type of worm. These worms have "segments" In each segment are thousands of eggs. As the person stools, they pass these segments as to allow for the eggs to infect another. You will also need to make sure for good hand washing and also clean your bed linens in hot water.

I just need a list.
I want to define them, to use as a sort of study tool.

For example:

I just want the whole list of simple, grade school, punctuation and grammar.

any other piece of fruit, or any sort of vegetable is a
noun. Just as any place--such as a city or a country,
is also a noun.
A pronoun= a proper noun. Any one you refer to by
their name, any exact place you refer to by its name.
etc., qualifies as a pronoun.
A verb: a word that is used in a sentence to the make
it look complete, such as "the", "it" and so on.

Use the Internet: go to google to get a complete
list of punctuation marks and a dictionary.

The 80's had hair metal....the 90's had grunge....What will define the 2000-2010 years? If it's Rihanna and Hinder I'm just going stop living. Which I guess brings me to another question......why does everyone (well, almost everyone) listen to shitty music all of a sudden? Every place i go i hear like the crappy music over and over....it all sounds the same. Please lord please lets have another revolution. We need a band like The Beatles or Nirvana to hit the airwaves and cleanse this infected constipated colon we're living in.

There are a lot of good bands but they don't get any attention. It sucks.
