Please dont tell me ways to cure constipation. What if the waste inside me is constantly rotton? Wont this irritate my colon?
Yes, it can eventually cause colon cancer. I'll try to look for the resource I read about it and post it, since you've asked this at least 3 times now. I'm not sure what kind of answer you are looking for.
Ok here are three websites to read up on it:

If you are still on Narcotics you need to up your fiber intake. It could be as easy as getting benefiber. It is tasteless and colorless even in water.
Good luck!
As far as colon cancer I don't know but if you have impaction it can cause Diverticulitis which is when a pouch forms on your colon. Painful.

I have no blood in my stools, sometimes I get pains near my heart and lungs. When I burp they go away. I am a thirteen year old whose medical history is all fine. I just got checked up recently. Please someone help me.
I can tell you with 99% certainty that you do not have colon cancer, so you should stop worrying. It sounds like you are having problems with gas in your upper digestive tract (your stomach and your esophagus). When you have a big bubble of gas in your stomach, it doesn't always hurt in your stomach, because the bubble presses on the organs and muscles around your stomach. Then, when you get rid of the gas, the pressure goes away, so the pain is alleviated. Just make sure to burp when you need to. You don't want to get a stomach ache by letting the gas sit in there. If you are at the table or something, just excuse yourself, burp, and come back. :)
As for your constipation, it is very normal, and is usually caused by stress and/ or our diet. Make sure you eat lots of vegetables, especially things like broccoli, greens, etc. that provide roughage. Roughage helps your gas to process everything better, and it bulks up your feces/ poop, so it is easier to pass. Eating salads can be very helpful.
At your age, I would not recommend using laxatives like Exlax. Using laxatives can cause your colon to become dependant on them, so you have to keep taking them just to go to the bathroom. If changes in your diet don't help you though, you may want to try using something like Cirtucel. It is simply a powdered fiber that will help your colon process better and bulk up your feces, so it is easier to pass -- just like the fiber and roughage in your vegetables. You mix a spoon full of it in juice each morning, and it helps you to be regular all the time.
If you really need help though, you can try drinking some mineral oil. It is perfectly safe, though it is not fun to drink. Just get a bottle of mineral oil and take a big swig. Amount isn't that important, but I wouldn't take more than one swig. This will lubricate your whole digestive tract, from your mouth to your rectum, and it will help all the backed up matter in your colon to come out.
Recently, I have started using a product called Liv Active cheese slices. They are just slices of cheese that are individually wrapped. They have a live culture in them (like yogurt does, except better), and if you eat one a day, you can get your colon regulated within two weeks (It was regulated for me in three days though!). Then, all you have to do is eat a slice of the cheese each day, and it will stay regulated, and you shouldn't have any more constipation. Maybe your parents could make it a part of your lunch?
I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and it causes severe constipation. These instructions have really helped me, and the cheese is really great! I hope this helps!

2 days of the month my boyfriend age 29 feels like he is constipated. It has been going on for about 8 months. Has anyone experienced this? He said there is pressure on his anus like he is constipated. Too the point he just lies there and in 1 to 2 days it is gone. He is very unconfortable, can't sit and when he stands he just shuffles back and forth like he has to go.
Sounds like perhaps an enflamed prostate.
The best idea is to get him to the doctors so they can examine it better. If it is an enlarged prostate it needs to be seen to right away just in case it is some sort of cancerous growth.
Perhaps, although not directly linked having easte products in direct contact with your bowel wall cannot be good for you. Also people with severe constipation are not always able to get cleaned out well enough for a colonoscopy or may not get them as regularly as they are supposed to, so perhaps small abnormalities that would normally be removed would be missed.

Squatting to poop...is it healthy?
You quickly finish, wash your hands and leave. At work, you run into an old colleague who happens to be from Pakistan. She invites you to her house later for dinner. When you arrive, the urge to go to the bathroom returns. You excuse yourself and head to the bathroom. Once inside you look around in confusion. Where is the toilet? Instead, there is a spot on the ground for your feet and a hole in the center. Your friend cant be serious? How in the world does she expect you to go to the bathroom? Does she really expect you to squat? This is so unhygienic!!!........squatting cant be good for you, can it? For all you toilet lovers, i know what your thinking!!!! Squatting to go to the bathroom opposed...
