I have tried it twice now and gotten some nice distension, but I only really feel filled up in the very lowest part of my abdomen. Watching people on youtube, it looks like they get plenty of air up as high as right below their sternum, and it looks like it feels cool. However, I don't have the supplies necessary to get a tube deeper inside (like a colon tube), so is there any other way I can get that full feeling higher up? Thank you for the help!
