Apparently I can lose as much as six pounds in one week just by cleansing my colon. And it must be an issue, because there is no shortage of people out there who are more than willing to help me. Is it just another scam product that people sell?
I believe in some cases, a colon cleanse will help. It is not for everyone but there are cases that it will help. In some people the waste will stay for longer than 3 days. It can get toxic and if infected parasites will grow. There are many natural products that can help. It is not a scam, although there are some that will scam you but there are legit products. I have a doctor friend that says there are benefits.but be careful.
