Colon Therapy

I was reading an article about Rhuematoid Arthritis and part of it said that Colon Therapy would be benificial....does anyone know what that is or how it is done?

colonic hydrotherapy sounds a lot scarier than it is . Basically your colon (about 8-9ft) is flushed out ...meaning mucus build-up/sludge stuff from all the unnatural processed foods we consume (think of the build up throughout the years EXAMPLE: during one of my colonics I saw watermelon seeds (u can view what exits your body through glass tubes on machine ...sounds gross but its not I promise...I had not eaten watermelon in over 3 months!!!!! The process is not painful mild discomfort for about 15sec if your shy you may get embarassed in the beginning. The process promotes good bacteriia growth in your colon (part that affects diseases/over-all-health and it strengthens your colon also) There are so many great things about it.. people would rather take perscriptions the rest of their life instead of get to the root of the problem! All it does is remove fecal matter in your colon that may not otherwise be naturally eliminated. It may cause to you to lose weight, but only by the weight of the fecal matter removed. It doesn't get rid of fat.

I am attempting to live a healthier lifestyle. I have taken a break from drinking, I have quit smoking for good and I am eating healthier. Would you recommend getting hydro colon therapy? What is done and what are the benefits?

Yes it is beneficial. It cleans all the trapped waste that could be stuck in your intestines. John Wayne died with thirty pounds of waste stuck in his intestines. It will make you feel so much better. I plan to have it doen sometime in the near future. They run lots of water thur your intestines, not all at once, but a nurse will maniplate your adominal area while it runs thur to loosen up anything stuck. You can look it up on the internet by typing in something like Hydro Colon Therapy it should take you to some sites to check ou for information you want to know. Congrats on stop smoking. I think I may have an obstruction. I am not exactly constipated. pressure builds up and I poop. Then I am ok for a day. In between I think a nerve is pressed. I become stiff as a board. Will a drain out help?

Eat 40grams of fiber a day.
You can do this easily buy eating Fiber One Cereal (the original, not the flakes version) which is 14grams of fiber per 1/2 cup.

Eat 1 1/2 cups and there you go.

Colon cleansing isn't safe or healthy.
