I am looking at some colon cleanse reviews and trying to decide which product to choose.

Pure quackery. Unless you're having surgery or a medical procedure or having some other problem with your digestive tract, our bodies take care of us naturally.

I've had at least one friend hospitalized and nearly dying over trying to "naturally" clean his colon. Intestinal surgery is no fun.

It is starting to irritate me! I have been doing a LOT of research on trying to find the best colon cleanser, however, its hard to tell if the research site is just trying to pawn off a product or if its a real review...any help would be greatly appreciated.

First some form of exercise.also sit ups. There are natural herbs that can help. I saw at walmart colon cleaner the pharmacist said it was not a good idea to take madication, it creates habit.
Look what kind of herbs they list and make tea infusions and drink naturally. Also health food stores could have some info. The best would be to ask a doctor.

i dunno, i actually have to disagree with a few of you! i was about 20 lbs over weight last summer. I tried the Atkins thing, didn't stick to it....tried the gym....again didn't stick to it.....tried eating well.....you know what happened.....a friend of mine kept trying to get me to do this "colon cleansing" and it always just sounded to weird for me. Well i finally agreed after months of her pushing it on me....she told me where to get all the stuff (from a website), and i followed the instructions and to my surprise it wasn't all that bad....i remember two days after doing it i felt completely different! This is the motivation i needed! i tried eating healthy again and lost 5 lbs the first week! now i am right where i want to be and i honestly would say i have to contribute all my success to the colon cleansing! give it a try i recommended it as part of your wight loss system! Plus the one i used had a free trial so if i didn't like it i was planning on send it back and getting my money back. Good luck!
