Before anyone chimes in with "the only way you're going to lose weight is diet and exercise"...I know that...thank you. I am already dieting and exercising 3-4 times a week. I am just looking for something to give me that extra little boost and speed up the process, and I was wondering if any of these colon cleansing pills or acai berry or anything like that actually helps to speed weight loss.

I'm looking to cleanse my colon and remove toxins from my body, and I've done some research and some pills seem to work, but I dont know which to buy. I suffer from terrible bloating after I eat and gas. I feel like I have gained ten pounds. Gas pills do nothing. I am thinking of trying an over the countr herbal colon cleanse. Do they work? Can anyone recommend one? Are they safe? Do they have side effects?

Your body naturally removes all toxins, and those that it cannot remove are not stored in the colon so giving yourself horrible diarrhea for a few days will not help at all. The product is largely safe, except if you don't keep drinking water you'll become severely dehydrated.

I heard cleaning yor colon was a good way to loose weight but how do I do that with out pills I'm 12 and my parents wouldn't allow anything that serious

I wouldn't suggest you do so at such a young age.
Your still growing and eating sensible and exercising is the best way to lose weight.
I would seek some nutritionist with experience in setting up a program and exercise schedule for young teen girls and sticking to it as the safest way to lose weight effectively.
Your desire to lose weight at your age is starting to scare me my friend.

I need to go this and I can't swallow pills because I have problems, so I can't get pills. And I have no money for a doctor to do this.

There are certain teas you can drink...however...The best advice you can get is eating a burrito from taco bell. You'll be cleansed almost instantly!
