Colon Detox

I have been suffering from bloating, constipation, and gas for the last 2 weeks now. I am wondering if I can find colon detox (pills, supplements, or teas) in a local store? (Like Walgreens) Or is it my best bet to buy the one off the internet?

You can get a colon detox product at any pharmacy, I would suggest talking to your doctor about a colonic procedure. It's the ultimate colon detox.

Hi,

could someone please tell me more about what is colon detox and why or how it will improve/benefit my health? Could someone also please give me some step how I can do/have it done at home myself? I use to pick up a bottle of citracid from walgreen and drink the whole bottle in the morning in an empty stomach. It works really well, but I am not sure if thats good enough.

Colon Cleansing is promoted very heavily and is not safe for your body. Everythign it cleans out will be right back after your first meal. Its a waste - There is absolutly no proven results from colon cleansing. Any type of laxatives should not be used frequently. Colon cleansing is 100% scam. I'm sorry.
