prunes, prune juice, magnesium citrate. be careful if you chose the soap suggestion that someone made as you would want to use only pure soap, oatmeal soap, or glycerine soap, as any deoderant or anti bacterial soap will burn you nasty.

I am trying to work out the best Colon cleansing detox. Its hard to tell which ones on the net are "the real deal". I would appreciate everyone's comments on what products they have used and if they would recommend them. How long before you starting seeing results? Also a description on how you felt afterwards and the difference it has made to your health.

When doing a colon cleansing should you go to a facility that specializes in colon cleaning or is it safe to use natural herbs from a herb shop.

Unless you have a colon problem you probably shouldn't do anything to "cleanse" the colon. If you do have colon problems then you need to consult a physician.

I have been searching for a colon cleansing system that really works. I wanted to get recommendations on which system or pills would actually make me feel "lighter" as some suggests and actually clean out the junk in my intestines.
