well acai berry is a well known products but lately has been having a ton of bad complaints. as far as mixing the two, i dont think its a good idea. You can find supplements like these that is a all in one colon cleansing and weight loss. I use nature cleanse and its working well for me. i also work out while i use them which can help benefit the results. i have lost 10 pounds so far and i started two weeks ago. what happens is with all of these supplements they can take about a day or two to circulate through your system them you may go to the bathroom a bit more then normal for a day but that will regulate. usually mixing supplements like your wanting to do will make you go to the bathroom a lot and once you do it enough your body starts loosing nutrients. i baught mine from http://www.nature-cleanse.webs.com and no i have not had any bad side affects. you should really be careful about which ones you choose and maybe ask a doctor first if you want to. take them as directed and read up on what your taking. i hope this helps you out and good luck.

I was thinking about getting a colon cleanse but I'm not sure. I have heard that you can lose weight by doing this but I was wondering if you could see the results. I know the scale number will look different but will I look different?

After doing the colon cleanse (should you choose to do it). You may notice your clothes fit differently and that you have a bit more space between your body and the clothing you choose to wear.
