It will not work even if you have the same pills. These "magical" weight loss pills only work to reduce your water weight temporarily. Your weight might be lower on the scale for a while, but you will have the same amount of body fat. Eat healthy, watch your calories and exercise in order to lose weight permanently. Doing things the "hard way" is worth it.

Ok so im 18 5'4 and 114. I have had troubles with my stomach for as long as i can remember so i went to the natralpath doctor today and he says i have problems with my colon not stomach. He gave me a colon cleanse to do once a week. he says it is very healthy and will clean me out and make my colon function better. he also said to cut down on sugars in fruit etc, wheat and dairy. will the colon cleanse help me lose a few pounds? how long til i start to feel a difference- less bloated etc, straight away. has anyone ever done this before?
