Colon Cleanse Detoxify

I was gonna do a natural detox juicer searched for body detox and this site drnatura.com came up. The testimonies etc were disgusting . But I know its true I couldn't even look at the pics because my biggest fear is worms and just reading made me freak out. But I want a cleanse but would a colon cleanse from the Dr. be just as effective as the natural stuff.

A colon cleanse is good. It will give you lots of exra fiber to flush out your colon. A detox like you described is to rid the body of toxins and parasites. i have read that you can start with a detox and then do the colon cleanse.

Changing my life style...excersising, getting in better shape, giving up starchy foods, breads and especially red meat. I want to start the right way and one method I am interested in is to cleanse my body, intestines...pretty much detoxify my body. Suggestions, please?

There are many colonic cleansers commercially available, and a variety of ways of getting the toxins out of your body.

I stay away from all of that, and stick to drinking green tea in the mornings (natural anti-oxidant) and cranberry juice in the afternoons and evenings (stay away from the sugary kinds - and keep on eye on the label, some 'cranberry' juice contains less than 5% actual cranberry juice). Drinking plenty of water is another often overlooked method of cleaning your body out. Take plenty of vitamins, and get regular exercise.

I've heard various opinions of detoxifying your body by doing a colon cleansing...this apparently rids the body of parasites that prevent you from staying healthy and losing weight...If this really is a good thing, where can I find a trust-worthy regimen for this?

I want to try it. I was wondering if anyone had that long "rope" that is green, brown, or yellow in color. I have seen this before and it is supposed to come out when you detoxify your colon and body. Is Dual Action Cleanse any good? It is at Walmart for $37.88 and over $60.00 on their website. Is it worth it? Please don't tell me, oh go to a professional, etc. I just want this info.

yes your body cleanses itself. you don't need help. If you are in any doubt you go to a health food store and they will tell you there if your body is in need of any kind of treatments.

someone at my church bought some stuff on the internet for cleansing and she takes it every month. so i went to the healthfood store. the lady there said you dont need colon cleansing. you have parasites and I took some black walnut and it cleared up what my body needed.
