Body Colon

I have just started a body/colon cleanse routine which simply calls for my taking 2 -3 pills in the am & pm, but I normally take a multi, super B, calcium, milk thistle (clean liver) as well as Omega 3. I noticed with the cleanse, that having 2 bowel movements pushes everything out faster. Can someone who has done this give me a reply? This is not aimed at losing weight, but ridding the body of toxins since I do take allergy meds.

If you're doing a colon cleanse that includes the use of activated charcoal (and you shouldn't consider a cleanse without it!) then you don't want to take any form of medications or vitamins for at LEAST 3 hours before or after taking it because the charcoal will absorb the vitamins and medications.
