All Natural Colon Cleanser

There are way too many colon clensers on the market. What is the best and most natural colon cleanser out there? Has anyone had any previous experience with one? How much weight did you lose?

You are right! The market is flooded with them but unfortunately most of them are terrible. In fact, you will be lucky to find a natural cleanser. Try DrNatura.com it is all natural.. i have been on it for about 2weeks and it works good soo far.. you have to take it for 3months .. i heard about it from five ppl that said it worked great..they claim by the end of the 1st month you can really tell its cleaning out your whole intestines.. if you try it let me know how its workin for you.... its not cheap though ..

It clearly states on there web site that you'll have diarrhea. Why do you have this? is it just because it's cleaning all of the built up stuff and liquidating it for an easier exit?
I do this 3 times in the morning and it kind of sucks to wake up to this.

Also, why can't I just take it in the morning instead so my diarrhea is in the afternoon? I could live with that...

What you are taking is probably magnesium with a loosely bound oxygen atom. Magnesium oxide.

Magnesium causes the muscle tissue to relax and become smooth.

Now the oxygen is very loosely bonded to the magnesium. That means that it wont take much for it to release and that is exactly what happens when the powder reaches your large colon.

In the large colon the putrifying materials are releasing hydrogen as they break down. This is just the natural process.

Strong (hot) coffee
Peaches, Necterines
Prune Juice (a little)
Apple Juice (in moderation)
