All Natural Colon Cleanse

Im really into taking care of my body, Im looking for an all natural way to cleanse my colon and detox the body.. Any suggestions?

Listen closely because it's quite tricky. Walk into a bathroom. Pull down your pants and underwear (unless you go commando). Sit on the toilet and push. Once you're finished you will have successfully cleansed your colon, but I prefer to call it taking a sh!t.

I don't have the money for the ones in the stores. Is there a way to make a natural one at home...That doesn't taste too bad?

Black coffee, no sugar. Use it as an enema. It may change the way you watch coffee commercials but it does real good at irrigating the colon. Try not eating for 24 hours ahead of time and only eating oatmeal for three days before that and one day after. All the fiber has a cleansing effect of its own.
Michael Landon used the coffee for his colon cancer treatment. Its wasn't supposed to cure him but he said it help a lot. He used it daily to relieve the pain.
OH, you want the coffee at about 100 degree F. Use it twice at about one hour interval. You can repeat it in two weeks to one month.

I need to boost my immune system. I think this will help big time. Did anyone here about blessed herbs or colonix. I just want to take the best one that is pure natural and safe and that will clean and make my immune better and kill parasites too.

Batman's answer is plain batshit crazy. It is this kind of warped thinking, an lack of knowledge about anatomy and physiology that is epidemic in the Alt Med community.

1- Why do you think you need to "boost your immune system" and what exactly does that mean? The only proven way to stimulate the immune system is by ingesting a pathogen...or by getting immunized, which tricks the immune system into preparing defenses for a pathogen. The Altie concept of "boosting the immune system" is meaningless nonsense.

2- Actually, you BELIEVE this will help you bigtime. You are not demonstrating any thinking at all.

3-If you are actually full of parasites, you should be seen by an infectious disease specialist or a parasitologist and get a proper diagnosis and treatment. If you believe you have parasites because you have bought into the mantra of some elements of Altmed that all disease is from parasites, then you are suffering from a delusion.

4-Detoxes and colonics are not benign treatments. People have become seriously ill and died after undergoing these unnecessary treatments. Here's a few anecdotes, since I know you New Agers consider anecdotes the highest form of truth.

I am wanting to do a colon cleanse, but they kinda scare me. Even when they safe it's all natural, I am a little skeptical.. Just because it's natural doesn't make it safe. I am trying to loose weight and have lost 8 pounds. Now i am irregular and don't like that. If there is a home remedy i would like to know that. Thanks!!

Sherry, colon cleansers, colonic irrigation's and enemas will help you lose weight, but it's only a very short term loss.
