2 Day Colon Cleanse

the dosage is 4 capsules 3 times a day i took 4 of them twice and well ma said to take 6 instead n i did the 2nd day but still its not working! but i kinda ate b4 on the first day but on the 2nd day i didnt eat but afta a lil while i did but still nothing! Please recommend SAFE and good colon cleansers please n cheap as well THANKS!!!

You're not doing anything wrong, except wasting money. Try fiber.

before i started a colon cleansing product 2 days ago i smoked like a pack a day but went down to only one or two a day since ive been using the colon cleansing product. will it still work?

I have never done one of these, but, go to a Doctor and tell him what you want to do, AND, have him explain what to expect, if, you can afford to. I have had a few friends do this. They give you some stuff to drink for a few days and it WILL "Clean the Colon". They said they seen before and after pics and it went from black to pink. Have plenty of Toilet Paper, spray deodorant, If there a window in the bathroom open it and have a little fan venting. It will be gross, but, it definitely clean you out. I would like to try this, but, from what these friends said, it not fun until it over and you feel better.

I bought some acia from amazon. They are 1000mg. You take 2 a day and I've read where you take the colon cleanse. I'm afraid of my body not being able to function after taking the cleanse. Anyone have any info?

Anyone on it and what is the cleanse you're taking?

I am doing a colon cleanse which has a lot of fiber in it 6 grams per dose x 2 per day. The fiber comes from phyllium husk (I just started today) and I am never hungry. It's kind of weird. I typically eat around 1,500-2,000 calories every day, but this colon cleanse thing is throwing that off. Has anyone else had this experience when you eat a lot of fiber? and what should I do?

yep, the fiber will give you that fullness feeling. however it doesn't last forever. eventually the fiber does its job - cleansing the colon and well now that you're probably feeling more relieved you're probably be wanting to replace it with food.
